What comes around goes around....

Today I have felt the pains of the last couple weeks of pregnancy. After lunch, I could barely walk or stand without having this shooting pain in my left side of my lower back shooting down to my left leg. I tried to wait it out to see if the pain would subside on its own but it only got worse. I couldnt take a step without the shooting pain. It is an awful feeling.... So I called the Doctor and a nurse called me back explaining that this is not unusual for women in the last couple of weeks. She explained that the baby is growing and the way he/she is positioned is pinching a nerve... I have an appt tomorrow so I will find out if this is something that will go away on its own or if I will have this pain until I have the baby. If that is the case, I will consider myself on maternity leave tomorrow because I cannot walk without being in massive amounts of pain.

I called my mom to ask her about the pain and she explained to me when she was preggers with me, I did the same thing to her and pressed on her spine which made it hard for her to breath and move... Ahhhh... what comes around really does go around. :)

Boston with my baby....

We just came back from a wonderful visit of the great city of Boston. We went to visit Uncle Tae in Boston and had a chance to hang out with Auntie Sue and Uncle Bryan as well. It was really nice to see everyone one last time before Baby Vuadens comes. We toured quite a bit and I took my baby everywhere. We even went to Bunker Hill. Me and my baby climbed 294 steps to the top of the Bunker Hill Monument and 294 steps all the way back down. Some thought I was crazy but the Doctor says that exercise is only good for me and the baby. We also walked all over the cities of Boston and Cambridge. It was great. I felt great and really needed this little vacation. My baby can now say they have been to Boston and maybe visited a future school, Harvard??? :) Who knows but it really was a beautiful city and I have great preggo pics....
