It's really getting close. We just went to our hospital's Birthing Center Tour last night and it all became so real. As if my growing big belly wasn't real enough, now that we were walked through where is it all going to go down, it feels REAL...
From the outside, the hospital isn't very impressive but once you get inside, it is actually really nice. The Birthing Center and Postpartum level seems very easy to find but I am sure I am not going to remember that when I am in labor. That is why during the tour, I kept asking Harris "will you remember where that is?" or "will you remember how to get to there?" lol. He was pretty calm and very confident that he will remember it all but I know when we are in the moment, we are going to be freaking out looking for the right place. It was all so exciting to see the rooms where the baby will be delivered and even the room I will be moved to after everything is over. The good thing is, all of the rooms are private rooms. Thank God! I am really relieved to see how clean and quiet the ward is.
Harris said he plans to stay with me every day and every night but we will see. I dont know how comfortable that pull out bed is but it will be nice to have him there. I am sure time will be going so slowing for us while we are in the hospital because all we will want to do is bring the baby home.

My Baby can hear Daddy!!
I was so happy to see that my baby actually responded by kicking daddy in the face when I talked to the belly!! I love you boy..or girl.

Playing with my baby...
The bigger I get the more I think about how my little one is growing every day. The other day I starting thinking about what I feel now is so different than just kicks. I am really starting to feel movements, like my baby is moving his or her body against my belly. It is kinda freaky... Feels like an alien moving across my stomach and pressing their hand against the wall of my tummy. While I was driving home, I felt 2 little pushes and when I pushed down twice the baby did it again. It happened several times and made me think my little one was playing with me. It was the cutest moment ever. We will call this the first time I ever played with my little pumpkin.
So when I came home to tell Harris he now talks to the baby to play with him/her and they do it with him too. When he feels the baby move or kick, he asks, "Come on my baby, do it again." and what do you know, pumpkin does it again and again and again....
I love it!
